Payment Guidelines

Introduction:

Welcome to the oraimo online store, where convenience and quality meet! In this guide, we'll guide you through the simple process of paying with a "Payment Reference Number," "PayPay," or "COD" on our platform.



Step 1: Payment Method

At the checkout page, you can choose one of three payment methods:

Payment By Reference: Select this method to receive an extra discount!

PayPay: Select this method to receive a 5% discount!

COD: Select this method to purchase your product immediately!



Step 2: Complete Payment (3 Payment Methods)

1. Payment by Reference :

Once you select Payment, you will be presented with a payment reference number. Copy it and complete your payment via any online banking, MULTICAIXA, or ATM app. Then, wait for your product to arrive!

The payment reference number expires immediately upon successful payment.

2. PayPay:

After selecting "Pay," you will see a payment QR code. Scan the QR code with your phone and tap your PayPay account to authorize payment, or download the PayPay app from the QR code. After paying, wait for delivery!

Notes on Scanning Methods:

Android users: Use the built-in camera/Google Lens/Google Camera to scan the QR code to proceed to the payment page.

Apple users: Use the built-in camera/Control Center's QR code scanner/Safari browser to pay.



3. CDO Payment


For CDO payment, simply fill in your phone number and address and wait for customer service and the courier to confirm with you.

COD orders take longer to arrive than prepaid orders, estimated at approximately 5 days. Please ensure your phone is connected after placing your order. You will receive two calls, one from customer service to confirm your order and the other from the courier to confirm your delivery address.

If you decline either call, your order may be canceled. If you have any questions, please call customer service back.



Step 3: Payment Confirmation:

Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation notification on the oraimo online platform and in your payment account.



Step 4: Order Confirmation:

oraimo will confirm your order and email you the order details.



Step 5: Shipping and Delivery:


Once your payment is confirmed, your order will be processed and shipped to the address you provided.
You will receive real-time updates on your order status.
